I've done a 12hr on a TT bike. I could do another one and maybe do a few miles more or less than last time.

Or I could try a different challenge.

Isn't that the point?

If you've already done one on a TT bike I don't see using a road bike as much of a 'different challenge'. Your hands get a little more sore than your forearms...
