We’ve got an Ercol hard-on in our house, one bed, two sofas, chest of drawers and five All Purpose chairs. All made financially possible by living ten miles from the factory (and outlet store ~ Bucks) and waiting for bits to appear half price. Still need two Terramo bedside tables and a Chartreuse AP chair to die happy.

Cheers for the various suggestions. Some I'd considered but plenty of new options there. I like the look of the Ercol stuff, will have to try and look at it in the flesh.
There is the option of waxing the runners but I'm not that keen on spending decent money on something that I then have to sort out.
