Same as @TomvanHalen ?

If it's the same geo as my Kili Comp, they have a particularly low a-c for their age, 390 or so. Worth bearing in mind. The OG segmented forks are nice if you can find them.

Thanks for the information on fork length!
I have a nice 8 speed XT that would look great on it.

That's my pseudo retro MTB. Most of the parts aren't that old, but the frame is from 1994 (since repainted).

I guess this belongs here really ... early 90s Cinelli Argentovivo. The frame was built by Gary Fisher under contract for Cinelli, from Columbus Cyber tubing. It's very light and the welds are exquisite.
Currently in street form ...

Love those DX pedals, they look better than the Saint flats imo

Yeah, they're fairly bomb-proof, completely rebuildable and look really good. I prefer them too!

Sorry for crossposting. Picked up this one this evening. Will give it a good clean and take some better pics when ready. Seems like it hasn't been used since it came out of the shop back in 1992.

Sweet. That stem is shockingly aggressive for a retro MTB
-

Yes, indeed. It was GT's trademark. They called it a Flip flop stem, kind of ahead avant la lettre.

Awesome. Love my 1991 version of this - bought frame only and without crazy matching stem sadly, so went 1x11.

Always wanted a GT... great bikes and the early colour ways were amazing
