Fyi: track bikes have less BB drop and often steeper angles than road bikes. That means they have a higher standover height than a road bike with the same ST length. Judging by your road bikes, 59c-c might be a tad too large.

How about an 853 aero tubing Graham Weigh branded Paul Donohue frame? Bladed carbon forks, yellow to pearl white fade with some airbrushed details. 56cm square though
