These remind me again how "there's just something about HP5".
Can't really explain it, maybe it's got something to do with hte fact that I (and everybody around me that time) basically learned b/w photography with this particular film.
It's always a bit on the rough /raw side, honest though, maybe this is it.
I am basically trying out all the different (ISO 400) b/w films there are right now but gotta say seing photos shot on HP5 always make me feel at home. -

Trying to get back into photography after a bit of a drought, made myself a negative digitiser (using a dslr) as grappling with the scanner was always what put me off developing stuff myself.. anyway here's two from an old roll I developed and digitised today.
Camera probably Ricoh GR1v and film is HP5
