    The third picture show a front axle (bottom) so if you get that, it should be simple to convert to a front wheel.

    The wheel has freewheel threading with a "fixed" adapter on. I don't know if the adapter is locked in place (by small bolts) or actually comes loose if you attempt to reverse brake .

    It looks like you should be able to remove the adapter (black part) with a spanner.

    so yes it can be converted to a front wheel.

  • unscrew the black nut under the red circle and remove the axle from the other side.

    Insert the front axle and tighten front axle nut.

    it probably makes sense when you have it in your hands
