Any south London clubs do track sessions on Wednesday? Mate does Runhead on Tuesdays but wants to do something to work on speed. He's just broken 17 mins for 5k, 2:48 marathon so no slouch.
For some reason most clubs do track sessions on Tuesdays. That also seems to go for the Hanson’s method. Is there a traditional reason for this? Similar to how educational institutions in the UK have sport clubs on a Wednesday ?
