I've made something like that too, but uglier, out of some scrap metal, just to see how it would work. Haven't used it since, as I usually have tt bar to strap thing onto. But it worked fine for that weekend of camping.
That yellow strap around the bar kept it from bouncing. -

3 & 6 are great numbers, agreed. I too refuse to call anyone with 0 in their number - wankers. That being said, 5 is underrated and oft overlooked. I encourage you to give it a go, maybe a project thread right there?
