I've ordered a pair of 60mm carbon rims, arrived in 2 weeks time, can't see anything wrong with them, the finish is nice to look at and the quality is great, can't even notice the joints.
If anyone is interested, I'll post updates after lacing.

Anyone had any experience with https://carousell.com ?

and this
they seem like legit?
both have internal routing, 15mm TA, holes for fender, but not for bottles and a route for dyno hub
these are the best i can find. -

yes please

Are you doing them yourself? How did you choose the seller?
I'm quite drawn to the well recognised sellers like Farsports who offer full wheels with decent hubs for around USD 600 but I already have some nice hubs I should get built up.

Any links to a decent carbon fork for long drop brakes, with mudguard eyelets? Something like the columbus hiver without being so pricey.

So, without having to go through 263 pages of interesting crabon reading, can anyone tell me what track frames they have had good experiences with?
I've been looking at Dengfu, Hong Fu and Yoleo, but they only make aero Planet X look a likes. I'd prefer something down the Seta or Tokyo path.
This looks very much like the Seta to me:

Cheers guys!

Any suggestions for a -17°-ish 110mm stem? One that won't result in my smashing my face into the dirt. Don't mind buying something non-Chinese, but everything I've found seems to be £50 or more which seems outrageous for a small piece of metal

Kalloy Uno. The logos come off with nail polish remover. It’s very light and plenty stiff.

That'll do it, cheers. On the shopping list it goes.

Has anyone come across any 1" threaded disc forks on AE?
-
• #6564
I doubt anybody would make those since only about 3 people would buy them.
Best bet is spend a bit more and have one made by Orlowski or similar -
• #6565
There was chat about getting some of these made in the njs thread. I can't remember why I wanted one...
-
• #6566
Because bankiren has had them made and anything he touches turns to fixie gold

Have people come across any thomson seatpost copies without big logos?
-
• #6568
I’ve once ordered bars for which I asked the logos to be changed and they were happy to do so. Maybe you could ask a couple of sellers to do different or no logos?

Anyone tried Santic shoes? Look good but with the warning that sizes charts are plus or minus 1-3cm I'm a touch wary.......
-
• #6571
Wouldn't bother, just get a Kalloy post

Has anyone had a cheap carbon saddle fail? Thinking of trying one on my track bike but don't want to kill anyone at HHV
-
• #6573
I had a fake SMP which split at the nose. Don't think I even noticed it for a week or so, certainly not a catastrophic failure. Suspect it would have been fine anyway, but built it up with fabric tape and glue and it's been fine since.
OTOH do you need a carbon saddle for track? Maybe just strip an SLR or something

OTOH do you need a carbon saddle for track
no not really, but I could always use it for hill climbs if it lasts til Autumn or i don't like it. I just need to change my saddle - the other end of the (price) spectrum is trying something stubby like a Spesh Power or Pro Stealth

I feel like a saddle is such a simple thing that it should be obvious if it badly made/finished/likely to fail. Moreso than rims or frames. I personally wouldn't have an issue using one but as always YMMV
@rider1988tr, thanks for bringing this fork to my attention. I'd be interested in the exact same.
In fact I'd be interested in any gravel type fork that would have internal dynamo routing. Any clues?
