I think we had a club/training group turn-out record this morning for the Sunday run, 14 runners! Longest run for me since Beachy Head Marathon, 17 miles @ 7:19/m, Blackheath, Greenwich Park, river path out to Woolwich Ferry and back via VMLM red route. Long runs definitely feel easier in company.
Who's up for a parkrun tomorrow morning then? Xmas Eve tradition for me involves drinking, late supper and very late night/early morning to bed, but I've got a bit of a mojo on at the moment, and could be swayed by the 10am start at Dulwich Park.
