Exactly the sort of people that eat a bargain bucket of KFC and drink that much sugar will probably develop Type II diabetes. They'll probably lose their teeth too. Complex carbohydrates and fruit should be the main or only source of sugars for everyone really but especially for diabetics. Sugar is fuel but there's enough in that bucket for a small town.
As a diabetic I imagine if I drank one of those buckets of Pepsi I'd lose a foot.
