Fat is good too. Not sure what everyone’s point is or if they misunderstood mine. Sugar is good, fat is good, either in excess is bad. But since diabetes is not caused by sugar directly but actually by being generally overweight and unhealthy, hence me saying the Pepsi is probably less diabetes causing than the rest of their products (deep fat fried chicken)
