My Xmas work lunch was a debacle... most of the food was pre-made and stuck under one of those "hot" lights to keep it "warm"... my risotto was pretty much stone cold by the time I got it and drier than a nuns chuff... the only saviour was the beer... that took 20 mins to get right.
Weird how these guys get paid to cook and I know I could do way better with a bag of rice and some mushrooms
