Tissot Seastar?

I dove off the side of a ship into the sea wearing my Steinhart, only 3 or so meters but enough for the pressure to be higher than just splashing around, it was fine.

That shows up when you google '38mm dive watch' but i can't actually find it in 38mm; only 42mm.

Longines Hydroconquest?
.
It even comes in a tasteful multitone

The smaller Citizen dive watch is the NY2300. I've got an ebay search for one of them but the only examples I've seen come up are all pretty knackered. They don't seem to be available new now

Longines Hydroconquest

Although his is the 38mm dive watch I'd like at the moment

38mm GShock?

Noice

I love that too but it's definitely outside of my current watch budget. The wife would kill me if i spent more than £1k on a watch in the next 12 months.

The Hydroconquest does look nice. Might have to try one on...
I think they're 39mm so tempted to buy a Steinhart Ocean 39 (I have an Ocean One 42 already) as they're half the price of the Longines. -

The Squale 1545 is 40mm with curved lugs and apparently wears small. There’s a sword hand version as opposed to the merc hands too.
Personally I’d buy a G-shock ^ -

You can't have too many g shocks, that's a fact.

Fuck 38mm.

• #24969
Yeah!
GX56 or go home

^ Thats a bit much though isn't it

• #24971
It wears fine, it's not that much of a monster on me

This thread has reminded me how much I want a Breitling Chronomat

puny wrist

You're not alone, I think its really nice.
There is this guy on the fleamarket in Berlin that had 2 fifty fathoms for sale and a third one on his wrist the last time I went there. -

I think we went to the same flea market... the one next to a station? He had surprisingly baller watches considering the setting.
Almost definitely. Another mercatino dell usato had a bunch too. I fly back this afternoon until new year so don't have time to revisit, but they should still be there in January. If you want a particular type I can look and grab it before my return on 9th Jan. Or else, I'm passing the Swatch shop in the airport later.
