  • i've not seen it but from the looks of it, it does seem like rich, talented people using their position to laugh at TW, not necessarily with him. not sure i'm ok with that.

  • It goes close to that for sure hence the confusion for me. Didn't know about the guy beforehand but it was sympathetic overall. For all his apparent faults I was left feeling he was more inspiration than clown. Ach, it needs a viewing. Entertaining if nothing else and a lovely brief use of Faith No More.

  • Yeah if anything it's done wonders for his reputation. Before watching The Disaster Artist I considered TW a talentless hack whose film became a classic through dumb luck. I feel completely different about him now, although still pretty confused..

    Speaking of changing perceptions, I watched Good Time and it turns out Robert Pattinson is actually a great actor.
