How the fuck is that not a police matter?

When Robert Relf advertised his house for sale with a sign in front which said 'No coloureds need apply' in Leamington Spa in 1976 he was jailed under the race relations act. I'm pretty sure that wasn't a civil action. How is this any different?

Well the point I was trying to make is apart from few oasis like Bristol, Brighton etc. 'moving out of London' is a white privilege.
