I'm not saying they didn't produce it but apart from the internal rear mech cable routing, it looks exactly like the pesenti built van tuyl maxes (all fillet brazed except for the single lugged joint of the seattube).

The front of that is a mess, so much going on: chrome forks, black headset cups, silver locknut, (a different black) stem, (yet another different black) tape, brown hoods, silver levers...
And I know it's authentic, but why is the brake mounted in front of the bridge?
