It looks like there is some small shops along the coast before and after cp3, on that 563km stretch. And there could be a decent town with a smallish change of route, Bokonbayevo. But not much between Naryn and the coast. That would be something like 300km in the mountains. At least that's what it looks like on maps and streetview.
It'll be brilliant in any case, but having arranged resupply wouldn't really be as nice as doing it genuinely in a way anyone could do at any time, as unsupported races usually.
