Tested a Yorkshire pud recipe yesterday, was pretty awesome but soy milk makes it a bit sweet. The texture was pretty spot on.
We made Meera Sodha's red cabbage parcels for a Christmas dinner this weekend and they garnered excellent reviews amongst all and sundry, along with a roasted squash.
