Is the burned and torched Pro Chrome, 26.0?

Is the Cinelli 95mm stem still avail? If so, is it a 26.2mm clamp size?

@Larkin - just tried it with bars which I are 25.4mm. Managed to tighten it up, but I think there it’s for 26mm
