Michael Cox, using longer words to discuss whether it is like and hope that sum up our chances..

I love Claude Puel, could he be more French?
That's the game we're getting on OzTV tonight... Anyway...

How’s The Sheriff getting on?

Liverpool play Bournemouth in Bournemouth tommorrow,

Almost perverse that Everton are the only side not to lose to City in the league.

Another nervy win for us. Good to get a clean sheet but we’re too sloppy up front. Wonder if Conte gets to spend some money next month.
City are on a different planet at the moment.
Palace unbeaten in 7. Hodgson to get manager of the month?

But who do we buy? City are so nailed on, it would take bedwetting of Spud or Kopite proportions to screw it up now...
That third Palace goal was great, good performance from them... Zaha is great, RLC playing well too...

No idea, happy with the squad but we seem to run out of ideas when teams adapt to our system. I think our goals from shots on target conversion is around 30% which isn’t quite good enough.
I guess the most interesting part this season is going to see who’s going to finish in the top 4 behind City.

Nice to leapfrog Spurs without having to kick a ball.
Props to Burnley for their current league position too. -

Delle Alli is a nasty cunt

Was surreptitiously watching on phone during @mashton Christmas party. Turned off after City went 2-0 up.
City's press is intense, we didn't have the precision the times we broke out and had a couple of breaks..
If we'd scored instead of de bruyne, might have been different, looked like we were pressing the pressers and getting a bit of momentum. Assume the sterling goals towards the end were us chasing the game and leaving space behind... -

if and might...
Your lot got soundly beaten. If and might are not the reasons why.

• #139872
Should have had two red cards but presumably Paulson, who was happy to hand out two at Stamford Bridge earlier for lesser offences, decided to allow Spurs to self destruct.
-
• #139873
Bit classless of KDB holding up two fingers and one finger after his goal. Reminding Spurs they are now 21 (TWENTY FUCKING ONE) points behind.
We're not halfway through the season yet.

dont make that assumption corndog. sterling should have had a hatrick long before he finally scored. you were outplayed in every part of the park.
and you will remember our chat about alli. and yesterday only added to why I will never rate him.

I wondered about that. Thought he couldn't count.
Hot and cold. Has had a few great games, but then a couple of shit ones. Last few haven't been good. Not sure whether just inconsistency of youth or knackered. Plenty of calls for him to be replaced now.
Long way off your first team.
