Hello, is there anyway to make this work? If so how? Or should I just get some XT flat mount?

I'm no expert, but don't you just need an IS to post mount adapter?

And asking in the disc brake thread may be a better place to get expert advice.

That's what I thought but bean messing around with a few and can't seem to get them to cooperate.
