I found out how to search the thread and it turns out the seitan recipe I ripped off was from @ooooooohhhhhhh
It was posted as a "chicken" recipe and I've made it a few times. It's great but I'd say it's much closer to pork or beef than chicken. I guess you could use different spices and herbs to make it taste like anything you want though.
Saw you used something called seitan fixer? As someone new to this thread, and a baker ( thus familiar with gluten in a different way) I am wondering about making seitan without any specialised ingredients. Any experience with that?
