You've got both of these names slightly wrong, the first quite possibly owing to the handwriting of the person who wrote the spec and the other because they added the 'y' to 'Holdsworth':

Holdsworthy
'Holdsworth'
'Holdsworthy' at least could probably do with a correction to maximise your chances of someone finding it in a search.
