But Salbutamol is easily to detect and, as this case shows, it is easy to go over the set limit. Why would you use it as a masking agent?

Because your taking something else to mask the Salbutamol but forget to take it that day.
Because you think you can safely smash the Salbutamol and glide under the radar but get an extra dose in your blood bag.
Because you think Sky and Brailsford et al are powerful enough that you don't give a fuck about it being detected.All other people's suggestions btw, I have no idea why you'd do it.

Interesting read.
Someone (totally unqualified) saying in there that Salbutamol can mask Clenbuterol which can mask other things...
