Digital scanning is fickle as fuck tbh - I've had such trouble scanning at home, that I just get lab scans now.
There appears to be a bit more detail in the shadows for the Noritsu, but the Frontier are more presentable.

Did you ask if they had a different option? It's not a choice on the form, is it?

Interesting, I prefer the Frontier images above. I also always have to bump contrast in Lightroom / Snapseed for my Noritsu scanned images I get back from Filmdev and AG Photographic too.
Tempted to try Frontier next time, although don't you get back lower res on equivalent scans vs Noritsu ?

Didn't realise they had an option. Always thought the colours were 'off' on the scans I got back.
