Did this kind of attitude put a man on the moon? Progress is the core of human endeavor. IMAGINE - you're grandchildren could grow up in a world where you can make passable espresso on the side of a mountain with kit that only weighs a handful of grams. What a world that would be. I don't really understand the whole obsession with trying to create espresso without an espresso machine. Just make a filter coffee and accept an aeropress for what it is.
