Gorgeous pre-brekky run this morning across crunchy grass on Blackheath and Greenwich Park. Hoping the 3 degrees forecast for the evening will be enough to avoid a frosty track.
Oh, here's an interesting story about one of our club's members. On the Sunday run I taught Dame the English for ankles. Very nice chap.
