Yes, and I quite like it on the rear wheels when the flange size and spoke spacing makes the 3 spokes parallel with one another in side elevation - it draws attention to the 2:1 lacing and true tangential drive side spokes. On the front, though, it just draws attention to the fact that marketing got the better of engineering.

But you all know, by now, that my taste is questionable.
