that's not what welds look like, incredible titanium welds look like this:
The welds on that Trecia are big sloppy bubbly welds ground down to look like fillet brazing.. -

That looks a lot like the pesenti made max van tuyls (had one a while ago). I wouldn't be surprised if they produced them for bianchi.

That Bianchi seems to have internal rear derailleur cable routing in the chain stay, pretty cool.

Nice, I didn't notice that. What reminded me of the van tuyl was the fact that the only lugged joint is at the top of the seattube with all the other joints being fillet brazed.
