So what has everyone who has received a partial refund done? Straight to reporting them via PayPal? I've sent them an email to their paypal@hibike address asking them to give me a full refund if they can't give me the tyres and have given them invoice number etc.
I appreciate they're likely pretty busy, so don't want to be a dick, but have they got the same work experience kid who priced it wrong to deal with the refunds?

Got an email to say the tyres and postage will be refunded (as separate amounts though). We will also be receiving a 'special offer' to compensate us for the pricing mistake.

I had raised it with HiBike directly and I also got the email re separate refunds (got item costs refunded through PP) and the hint of a special offer. They were saying they have to manually deal with 3000+ orders (!) on the Pirellis so it might take a few days.

Only 6. I got three bikes needing new tyres for the last year.
