The bolts are in stock on madison, just need to get more of less any lbs to order one in for you, there's bazillions of tiny similar parts and sticking them all up in an online shop with stock levels and stuff would probably be a pain.

the frames come with bolts in the braze ons for racks, bidons etc. i can't be arsed to find different ones.
though now you mention it, perhaps i should find black ones to match the frame

25mm off the top of my head.
I assume that's the chainstay as there isn't a 25mm screw.

Frame is 1cm thick and 13mm of bolt should protrude through.
23mm bolts ordered.
