Is there a site with confirmed ERDs of rims? My tutor said always measure but I'd rather order spokes at the same time if possible. I'm after Stans Arch mk3

Also spokes for a 70kg rider, 29er wheel, silver? I'm a bit baffled by the choice, but have used DT comp or lazer on previous builds I've had done for me I think.

The stans rim is shallow therefore use sapim race or DT comps. DT alpine III is the other choice. Measure erd unless the retailer is a wheel builder and uses the rims so does not just restate the manufacturers claim.

Cool, I've found a thread on the MTBR forum where someone was asking the same thing, so have PM'd them to find out if they have an answere.

Is there a forum recommended book on wheel building? Considering I'm going straight in with some nice parts it would probably be good to do some extra reading.
