You could follow the Lea all the way out to Chingford and do bridal paths and single track around Epping Forest.

Thanks @dangeek! I am checking Epping Forest on the map now and it looks promising.

I forgot to mention that I am happy to take some train out for some cool weekend gravel rides. Also, I would be happy to check some Strava tracks from which I can take inspiration.
