Check out marktplaats.nl regularly, Panasonic was very popular over there back in nineties. PR6000 will ask for a lot of luck but nice pr4000 and 5000 pop up regularly.

They really are sweet, my favourite. I actually have an original 1991 pro team frame in the attic waiting for restoration...

I’ll keep an eye on Marktplaats! They’re very desirable, I think. Hope to find a nice Japanese frame for my Superbe Pro group before spring :)

Still one of my forum favourites, keep an eye out for some superbe pro cranks ;)

Great info, thanks - didn’t know they were so expensive at that time. I really love the superpe and superbe pro groups too. Even thinking of using those funny “ergo” shifters they introduced but not sure yet. Of course I still need the right frame. I you guys have some good suggestions on other Japanese frames that you find desirable, don’t hesitate to bring them up :) maybe I’ll go look for a Merckx MXL, think superbe pro would fit those nicely too

Almost, the other pic up above is of their road-endurance mode which is a little different (notably it lacks any decent tyre clearance IMO). /off-topic

I've a 1990 ex-pro Panasonic PR6000, could do with space in the shed (which I'll surely regret) so keep meaning to list up for sale - it's this one http://www.retrobike.co.uk/rbotm/rbotm-november-2011-is-ededwards-panasonic-pr-6000/ from the year that John Talen entered the Arenberg Trench in the leading groupp

O boy, you are gonna regret this...
But eh, what size is it? ;)

As Swiss Toni said, "what is life without regret?".
Can't remember size but as set up it fitted me comfortably at 6'2" and I tend to ride 62-64 cm frames
Looking for a top model Panasonic road frame, from the late 80ies to start 90ies
Size around 57-58cm
Not surprisingly, a PR6000 would be the greatest but other top models can do too.
Also, other Japanese frames
