I've never seen welds that smooth on a ti frame before. Are they just filed/sanded right back or something? Every ti frame I've seen has noticable 'blobs' for lack of a better word.

Don't know tbh, I just googled vintage titanium bike and found those pics. Doesn't look like filler tho.
