Yeah, I will. Just being lazy because a) if I summon the landlord I have to clean up b) I find the problem interesting

In that case check the taps washers.

But I'd check that all isolating valves are fully open.

Flatmate says the kettle exploded (sparks and stuff everywhere) today so definitely calling the landlord to check that out. He can sort out the tap at the same time.
