How do you submit, im struggling for the word really, a report/essay/study to parliament?
Do I need some sort of petetion to submit and then the essay attached?
Do I just contact my MP with the whole thing or just an outline?
The essay isnt even close to being finished but is something Im taking quite seriously and wont be submitted for some time.
Tldr; how do I get my whingey little voice heard at a parliamentary level??
