    Perhaps with this: it looks like it has a stop on the end.

    Otherwise, I've seen steerer mounted cable guides, but can't find an example. Basically a large washer (that fits under the bearing) with guides on either side. You should be able to bodge a stop/adjuster in there, as I recall the guide is just a tab that's been rolled into a tube.

    di2. It had 2 cable stops out of the factory but the shop drilled one out to fit di2 for Dammit.

    I can't picture how this would work since the cable needs to go inside the frame where there's now just a hole instead of a stop
