Glengoyne 18 is always nice as is the Jameson 18 if you want something very drinkable. Edradour has a bunch of finishes if you want something a bit different. Glenrothes does some really interesting bottlings and Knockando always gets overlooked for some reason, but you might find it a bit floral.
