It's a 5501 which I believe was 9 speed but I always used it on a 9 speed bike.

Hi,
Just snapped the derailleur on my bike and need a new one. Really not bothered about quality, so long as it works - my bike is a real beater. The bike is an 8 speed specialized allez, so I'm after a short cage rear derailleur. Anyone have one they'd be willing to sell?
