Fork compatibility issue solved by Hunt. They sent the following
We have experienced this issue with a few forks on the market - if the
bicycle fork was originally designed, prototyped and tested by the
fork manufacture with 6 bolt disc, or the standard Shimano centrelock
ring, and they have not considered the external tool centrelock lock
ring depth (needed for 12/15 thru axles) then this issue does occur.
Our wheels are the standard spacing as the rotor does have to line up
with the caliper spacing and the lock ring you have is the standard
Shimano thickness. We have seen this on Mason bikes as well as Genesis
Datums, some Whyte Forks and older ENVE CX forks in particular.
A narrower lock ring will free up space near the fork leg and the closeness of the rotor to the fork is not a problem.
