Would need something on the roll (or big enough sheets) if we were to be using a cutter.
Mylar is good and tough. Could back to some sort of PVC canvas
The Safety Pizza™ looks like it uses a mix of different mylar backed vinyl tape.
Think I've seen some reflective cordura out there in the wild at some point — would be really easy to cut, sew etc. and would probably last much longer, be washable etc.
Could aim to do an initial run of 100/200, branded LFGSS (screen printed onto it somewhere). Whetehr pizza, doner or simple safety triangle / pentagram / penis / vagina / pill face / LFGSS brand acid tab.
