Ideally best to speak to LBS where you got this from about this and see if it indeed like this.

Worth chasing this up with the distributor to get the peace of mind.

New MASH f+f / bikes set to come out this coming Feb, since the Cinelli split. Have a feeling it'll be similar to the work frames. No doubt I'll be tempted to part with my cash for one

I think it's within manufacturing tolerances (hasn't been measured) of a few of mm. Sounds like something @mdcc_tester could tell you more about though.

Framebuilders' forum would be the place to ask, I don't know what tolerance people usually hold on tracking but it should be pretty tight because I've heard of people from other industries being surprised at how precisely bicycle frames are usually tracked. On the other hand, it's also true that the Lotus 108 was deliberately built about 20mm out of track and still rode fine.
