Wore windblock jersey on Friday in about 0 degrees for ten miles with medium weight base layer, nano-flex arm warmers and a buff, and nearly boiled to death, although I think I was also going slightly hypoglycemic.
Wore it again this morning at about 5 degrees with the nano-flex arm warmers and a lighter base layer without the buff. Did 20 miles at mostly tempo because I'm knackered and, although I had moments of feeling cold and others of feeling hot, after about 40 minutes I was feeling good and that the outfit could keep me comfortable thereafter. Will prob need to lose the arm warmers if I want to ride threshold in similar temps. Should be slightly warmer for the ride home so will test without them then...

Rode from Brewer Street to Biscester and back on Saturday planning to buy a jacket with some vouchers I was given, which turned out to be a massive fail. The vouchers were a gift so I hadn't read the T&C's, I mean you would assume that you could spend Rapha vouchers in Rapha stores without needing to check.
Apart from coming back empty handed, we had some epic service in both stores, my mate was 30 minutes late in the morning and the person setting up at Brewer Street came out and insisted I wait inside even though they hadn't opened yet.
When we arrived at Bicester we were welcomed in by the team and sorted out with complimentary coffee's by the Manager which was a nice touch and really appreciated.
Really nice teams in both the stores.

Fold each side to the zip (or just past). Wrap tightly. Get the loopy thing out from under the collar where it is stuck because you wrapped it so tightly. Stretch the non-stretchable thing to go over one end remembering to turn it inside out as you do otherwise you can’t see the cool slogan. Pick up the gilet off the floor because it’s slippery and shot out of your hand as you tried to get the loopy thing over the end and repeat until it doesn’t fly out of your hands or unravel.
I’ve never got it to look that tidy. The loop thing is so tight and non stretchy that it distorts the shape.Once you’ve mastered it buy the jacket and try the same thing with arms to wrap as well.

Ripped a sweatshirt and rain jacket in a crash two weeks ago — sent off to Rapha for repairs and had them finished and returned less than 10 days after I posted them, practically as good as new. 10/10 next level service.

Also just got my jeans back from being repaired, very impressed. Will happily buy rapha in the future

What needed repairing on yours? I'm about to send two pairs back for repair because the pockets have split open on the RHS.

You’re hoarding too much money, buy more jackets.

Would I wilfully mislead you?
As opposed to? I do not like what you're insinuating here!
