I cooked so much for other people this year (family / friends / events) that I completely lost the joy of cooking at the moment.
I basically eat huge bowls of sald these days, including all the things.
So pretty much
right now but I don't give a fuck, as I
a) did learn to make proper dressings now (hint: chili / garlic infused oil, agave syrup)
b) learned that a salad can indeed be a (ful)filling complete meal - just get a bigger bowl, and throw enough good stuff in there, like
c) avocado, avocado, avocado, also seeds, nuts, raw vegs, homemade croutons, etc. etc.
