You’re probably doing this already, but if not then maybe lower your psi to get a bigger tyre surface when you’re riding. Every little helps as they say.
I've gone down to 85/90.
I know that's still quite high, can't quite convince myself to go lower.
Very high, I guess it probably stem from decades of riding high pressure tyres that it reach to the point of it feeling perfectly normal.
