Well, had a lump of bread (nice bread all the same, but now only good for toasting.)
Sliced into longwidth halves, filled with the extra-overs from planned filo-snosage-roll-mix (garlic, onion, chestnut mushrooms, puy lentils. courgette, yellow bell pepper, seasoning, etc.), glazed with olive oil and baked for c.20 mins (while cooking potato wedges and those filo {oh my god, so nice} rolls).
