Unfortunately (not really) for Green I'd respectfully (not really) suggest the details surrounding the leak / initial search are probably irrelevant at this point.

It could be, but it seem's very black and white, either they have evidence or they don't and their going to look very dumb if they don't, especially now they've double downed on it.
