Just out of interest, what are you so worried about?

I dunno man. Getting kids felt 100% right and I did it feeling pretty confident.

And how's that panning out? ;-)

I jest, I think it's a pretty normal feeling. It feels like a big step and with dependants bigger. We bought just over a year ago. Have relatively low equity. I remain anxious in that I check prices maybe once a month but I've become more relaxed about it.
Having a few things to address in the property which also make me anxious.
